  I am an Assistant Headteacher responsible for Teaching, Learning and Assessment with a wealth of experience across KS2 and the curriculum. I have a strength in data leadership and data analysis. I am heavily involved in mentoring of newly qualified and trainee teachers. I frequently lead on training courses and staff Inset including providing support to schools in other local authorities. I collaborate closely with federated and other schools as well as being the Challenge Partners Hub manager for a group of 13 ambitious schools. This includes leading whole school and partnership wide initiatives. Additionally, I lead a program called Challenge the Gap designed to close the gap between disadvantaged pupils and non-disadvantaged pupils as well as being a trained child protection officer.
