  I either oversaw or worked hands-on in every aspect of spirits production. This included managing raw material intake, milling, mashing, and fermentation. I was personally responsible for distilling, making cuts and proofing, as well as barreling and blending. Additionally, I set up and supervised bottling volunteers, provided TTB reporting, and engaged the public at events, festivals, and tours.
