As an Advisor, I reported directly to the Registrar. The Academic advising team was responsible for aiding students to ensure all of their academic requirements where being met, while ensuring that they where accessing all the resources available to them that would bolster their success. We often acted as a starting point to work with students and at times referred students resources be it, counselling, accessibility, tutoring services...etc. The position was focused on providing best in class service to the student body while aiding with retention efforts.
