Main Duties & Responsibilities: • Managed the Recruitment process – getting roles approved, advertising positions, shortlisting candidates, organizing assessments and interviews, conducting interviews, corresponding with candidates, reference checks, collating offer letters etc. • Acted as a Subject matter expert on Ornua’s HRIS (SAP) for the Kerrygold Park site.
