As a Area Installation Manager I am responsible for the installation of over 40 kitchens a week in over 30 new build sites at any one time, in and around London and Kent. I cover the surveying of the plots, raising any issues with site managers, clients, designers and account managers. I also raise any variation orders. I assign fitters to the jobs, monitor their work, health and safety and carry out final snagging. I also recruit new fitters and manage their work load and audit them regularly. I set up OC Carpentry in 2007. I started out fitting kitchens and bathrooms and then expanded out into general building. In this time I have acquired a vast knowledge of general building and project managing.
