From my experience, he has extensive knowledge of networking and running Windows environments as well as being able to provide comprehensive corporate IT solutions, often overcoming extreme technical challenges to always provide cost effective, workable solutions. He has also proved capable of learning on the job, often having to find solutions to issues where he does not have prior technical knowledge.
