Will Jackson
Owen is an extremely gifted natural leader and sales person. He takes both responsibilities very seriously and actively seeks to improve his skills and capabilities in all the areas of both leadership and management, as well as continuing to focus on his sales craft. He is immensely capable when it comes to guiding colleagues and team members he is responsible for as well as his own individual ability to cultivate, project manage and ultimately close large enterprise grade sales opportunities. Owen puts his customer at the heart of everything he does and gives deep consideration to how he can be valuable to that customer and what he can bring that they may need, or sometimes not even realise they need. He takes great pride in the work he does and the customers he focuses on and they will feel that in terms of the experience and support they will receive from Owen. Outside of work Owen is also a key member of a companies social group. People are drawn to him for his sharp whit and personable nature making him a pleasure to spend time with. I cannot recommend Owen strongly enough to any potential employer considering hiring him, or a potential customer considering working with him. I would say don't hesitate. He wears his heart on his sleeve, will always go above and beyond for you, will be a trusted and supportive ally always and be a great person to work alongside. I hope one day we will get the chance to work together again.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Owen at Mr Yum for a year. A few words that come to mind when I think about Owen - high performer, dedicated, ambitious, driven, relentless (in a good way), empathetic, and all round amazing bloke. He taught me how to be patient in my approach when it came to sales. He was a massive part of Mr Yum UK. I will miss working with Owen. He has a huge future in font of him. Everyone needs an Owen!
