  Identified training needs within the organisation through job analysis and consultation with Managers • Initiated, designed and delivered the Company’s first ever Employee Trainee Academy, which gave existing employees the opportunity to develop skills such a time management, assertiveness, coaching and presentation skills • Supported the continuous improvement of all existing training programmes through extensive evaluation • Sole responsibility for the role out of mandatory training to all 600 employees of Connect including Head of departments and Directors • Managed all induction programs from commencement to completion using a variety of different learning styles to groups ranging from 1-20 • Conducted one to one probation reviews with new starters with responsibility for the decision on successful probationary completion • Monitored and reviewed the progress of trainees through a process of quality assurance evaluation • Attended and facilitated probationary review meetings leading to dismissal including the collation and delivery of evidence Show less
