  During the college I was member of the organization for 1 year. I helped to start the non-profit organization in Suceava. For the start we didn't had separately departments, so any problems was discussed and solved by whole team. Some of the responsibilities that I had: search and prepare the documentation for a legal organization, apply the documents to the institutions and keep tracking of it, organize and participate to team buildings, search for partners and sponsorship, keep tracking of the money.
