  • Developing and maintaining monthly look ahead plan for project (quantity progress, billing, cost and cash flow), establishing the baseline schedule of all the contractors. • Monitoring, tracking and reporting progress weekly /monthly to client with remarks. Preparing control budget for project ACE etc.(work break down structure- WBS) and managing the project budgets by reviewing the cost incurred and forecast costs to complete (JCR) for project WBS. • Cost control with strict budget check at each project work break down structure (WBS), Cost analysis on day- to day basis, monthly cost review with Site team and contractual claims for deviation from contract. • Preparing Monthly RA-Bills, Cash Flow statements, Rate Analysis, material consumption report as per work done for the month. • Reconciliation of direct materials as per the actual consumptions. • Preparing sub-contractors /labor-contractors work orders. • Liaising with Site Team to produce accurate project schedule and regular schedule updates. • Preparing summaries and forecasts focusing on schedule status and resource coordination. • Improving the practices and procedures for preparing, managing and controlling project schedules. • Identifying and evaluating associated schedule, resource conflicts and potential cost impacts and issues. • Monitoring site documents. • Retaining historical information as to actual performance for future reference. • Assisting in the establishment of project cost structures in ensuring consistent cost allocations. • Participating in project issue and risk analysis identification and remediation.
