  Provide technical support to the Community and staff in collaboration with the community structures and line ministries for effective and efficient partnership programme delivery. Facilitate capacity building for the ADP staff, community Structures and other service providers thereby developing a learning culture and sharing of promising practices to ensure sustained community development initiatives for the wellbeing of children, their families and the communities with innovation and creativity.
