  Working against Marks & Spencer and BRC specifications, I have been involved into the following tasks: • Completing a daily CCP / GMP audit of the site to monitor the quality, safety and legality of our products • Carrying out process audits and End of Life Panels, in order to raise any concerns and highlight areas for improvement / change. • Challenging the site traceability system. • Providing technical support to production. • Carrying out daily / scheduled microbiological sampling of end of life product and individual components. • Maintaining shelf life samples. • Being responsible for specific QA systems which currently include: Equipment calibration / ingredient sampling for micro and chemical testing / process validation audits and raw material assessments / supplier contact on out specification issues. • Working with the Senior QA Technologist and QA Manager on specific projects: customer complaints, traceability audit, taste panel issues.
