Otto is an amazing and inspirational individual who produced quality unique work. He has a highly effective way of engaging staff in all aspects of organizational culture and learning. He's an insightful data driven decisionmaker always looking for the best organizational outcomes. Although he has left his long term work with MAAC behind, he will be an asset to the ACLU and/or any other organization where he chooses to serve. He will be missed but I'm certain he will bring great things to the future of any organization. I wish Otto well in his future professional and personal pursuits.

I started working with Otto in October 2017. From the beginning it was obvious that Otto was interested in helping me grow and was always open to my opinions, ideas, and suggestions. He started every meeting, check-in, or interaction asking about how I was, how I felt and if I had anything I wanted to talk about or discuss. Additionally, during our meetings he always made a point to talk about professional development opportunities. He recognized my work and efforts, not only when talking to me, but also when meeting or presenting with others. Without his support and vision, I would not have been able to implement the new monitoring system for the Child Development Program. He always has the mission, vision and strategic planning of the organization in mind and that is how he conducts his work. He puts the organization and staff first. He embraces new ideas, such as moving to a more data driven decision making organization by implementing data tracking monitoring systems, and utilizing new software like Tableau as well as utilizing a more human center design/approach. Otto is a very creative and innovative person. I am grateful I had the opportunity to learn from him and work under his supervision and support.
