I have had the privilege of knowing Orondaam for nearly a decade and supporting him on the journey to create a world where every child has access to quality education, good health, and a happy family. He is a professional, who continues to push the boundaries, and deliver exceptional performance on every project. He is equally a great leader. I have watched him encourage, influence, and sharpen thousands, as they maximize their potential. He is an astute communicator; he conveys his ideas so beautifully and fluently that you can’t help but appreciate the depth of creativity and wisdom he has got. Not only has Orondaam got a way with words, but he has got a charming personality and impeccable work ethic. I am impressed by how he continues to demonstrate such unflinching commitment to a noble cause that finds expression as Slum2School. And, he has earned my deepest regard and recommendation for empowering underserved and vulnerable children on the continent through our mutual passions - quality education, advocacy, and youth engagement.

Orondaam Otto is a natural leader. It was an amazing opportunity to spend time with him as a member of our cohort at the Harvard Kennedy School. His role as a class leader was inspiring as he continually stepped forward to help others. I look forward to following his future achievements in education as he creates opportunities for future generations.
