Constant development of the Sage 200 system, increasing it's functionality in order to generate reports that could benefit the sales team. Cleansing the data on a variety of different platforms to ensure the processes on the back end are as seamless as possible. As a side note this also increased the relevance of many of the report contents. Updating certain parts of some of the systems. Examples include creating a new price list template, introducing a new Sales Order Screen and bettering the purchase order process. Manage one of our largest clients through a vendor they provide, with different pricing structures to our normal one, meaning it requires acute attention to detail whenever orders are processed. Soaked up a lot of knowledge during this role within IPS. Working with customers of the i-Tr@der system which provides full accounting, e-mail, crm and collaborative tools i was able to work through the entire back-end processes of businesses and see how they work. Also involved in the initiation processes and embarked on breakfast networking at 4Networking.biz. This again was a massive learning curve for me, getting infront of people and effectively selling.

Being just 18 beginning at Internet Power Systems was a massive learning curve for me. Initially i learnt about the product we had, i-Tr@der and how it worked for businesses. From there my task was to market it online and offline. I did this through various platforms including social media, forums and networking.
