  I've been practicing powerlifting at a semi-professional level for 2 years. Sports have Always been a fundamental routine in my life, from kickboxing to soccer, rugby, basketball, and swimming I always practiced at least one of those every week. Sports have helped me develop my skills, work with people to achieve a common goal, stay focused and resilient, regardless of the challenges ahead. It also helped me develop a long-term vision, put into practice delayed gratification, enjoy the journey and appreciate the process as much as the end result. Sport has given me an opportunity to enhance my competitive mindset, control my ego and be disciplined when I start something. I can say that exercise has shaped a large part of my personality and has given me the keys to achieving everything I decide to focus on.

  Since my last high school year, I started to design specific nutrition and training plans to help people in their weight loss journey, especially friends and family. I was overweight myself and had to take on that challenge without knowing where to begin. I had to learn about nutrition, health and training programs adapted to my morphology, routines, preferences and so on. Doing this for others helped me to build my communication and strategy skills. Indeed each person is different and to help them reach the result they seek I have to listen to them, understand what they await from me and from themselves, adopt a sustainable program, one that they will respect in the long term.

  While doing my internship at LM Solar, I discovered how a new business works. I developed many skills such as communication and fast thinking, indeed I was charged to explain to the prospect and clients how the switch to solar energy would be beneficial for them. To do that I had to adapt to each of them and focus on their specific situation. I developed a financial model to track their savings, the profitability of the project and the lesser impact on the environment they have. During those situations you can be very easily challenged and need therefore to provide answers because if you don't you may lose the deal. It's in this context that I understood the importance of coming prepared, being critical in your own work so that you've already been through the potential questions that could arise during an interview which will make you ready to provide the information and explanations needed.
