  - Review all shop drawing (arch., structure, and MEP before starting construction) - Working as project manager for Ghada Al-Feheli Villa - Review the workshop Drawings to Consultant/Client Co-ordination with Electro-mechanical Engineer between the architectural drawings and Electro-mechanical Drawings. - Solving Architectural Technical problems with our staff / client and present our work in an international manner. - Co-ordination between various Specification (Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Sanitary and Air Conditioning) - Submit Technical Material Submittal to Client. - Arrange all labor distribution in the site. - Use International Codes for review the Architectural drawings such as NFPA, IBC, ANSI, and Graphic Standards, etc. - Quantity survey works for all Architectural Works and concrete if needs. - Preparing monthly status report for all Activities related the assigned project, comparing the progress with approval time schedule, Indication the reasons for delay of Structural Architectural works and give recommendation for solving the problems leads to delay. - Managing contracting process though the negotiation and selection of qualified Contractors at the optimum price required Quality. Managing construction material purchasing process for the company and deliver to site in the planned time. - Taking purchasing decisions after studying the quotations, making analysis (price, Quality, delivery time and all other conditions). - Making templates for all kinds of contracts, Making forms for purchasing process like (material request, analysis form, purchase order…etc). - Making forms for purchases log and purchases plan. - Making data base define (Supplies, subcontractor, specialized contractors….etc. Show less
