When I was leading the engineering team at Izyplay, Otávio proved to be very reliable and engaged with results. One project involved new technologies, difficulties in management and relationships between the members, but Otavio withstood it with grace. After the initial setbacks, he became one of the most commited members of the project, constantly searching for tech related answers and trying to better coordinate the team efforts.       • Responsible for implementing gameplay features, translating requirements from the game design team, SDK and KPI integrations. • The studio has a fast pace, and I've worked on multiple projects. Solving compatibility errors while optimizing projects to target each platform’s particularities. • Since a lot of our projects are mobile targeted, I analyze performance issues and optimized them accordingly, while maintaining the visual quality proposed by artists.
