  Investment Banking Mergers & Acquisitions: - Advised the Buy-Side in the acquisition of an apparel retail chain with operations in 9 countries across Central & South America (25 stores, 440,000+ sqft) and sales volume of $100 million. - Led or participated more than a dozen Buy-Side and Sell-Side processes for companies in a wide variety of industries, including Banking, Insurance, Supermarket, Convenience Stores, Hospitality, Restaurants, Real Estate, Healthcare Services; and footprints ranging from single-country to CA&C regional. Financial Restructuring: - Directed and managed the Financial Restructuring of corporate clients of a leading commercial bank in Costa Rica, with heavy emphasis on the Apparel Retail and Footwear Retail Businesses. Corporate Finance - Structured over $300 million in financing issued by financial institutions for companies in diverse industries (Retail, Wholesale & Distribution, Real Estate, Hospitality) across the CA&C region. These institutions spanned global and regional commercial banks and development financial institutions . - Advised the Issuer-side in the structuring of $200 million in Reg S and Rule 144 bonds for financial institutions in the CA&C region, interfacing with bookrunners such as Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse. Business Development - Managed the negotiation of the Licensing Agreements of two major American brands of Apparel for the exclusive operator of those brands in the CA&C region. - Participated in the structuring of more than a dozen Real Estate Development Trusts for the largest developer of commercial and office Real Estate in Costa Rica. - Advised the largest Costa Rican Real Estate developer in the negotiation of a Joint Venture Agreement with one of the largest American, Real Estate-focused Private Equity firms.
