Full use of English - Direct conversations with clients, assisting foreign personnel with any questions they might have upon arrival to their operating port, assisting in meetings with foreign clients. 2. Leadership / Coordinator - Coordinate employees under my charge and assist them as their leader to complete designated task regarding crew logistics. 3. LOI/OKTB - Create and send LOIs/OKTB letters to different nationalities assuring passage to Mexico, completion of immigration formalities and documentations. 4. Coordinate Crew Changes - I am directly in charge of coordinating with Transportation agents arrival and departure of crew arriving or leaving airport/port areas in Tampico and Altamira. 5. Meet and Greet - Meet crew members at different airports assisting them with any requirements needed upon arrival and giving them an induction to the new area in which they will be operating. 6. Follow up on running services - Being in charge of the crew change department I take as one of my responsibilities to maintain communication with all points involved during an operation to ensure all results as planned. 7. LOI/OKTB- Create and send LOIs/OKTB letters to different nationalities assuring passage to Mexico, completion of immigration formalities and documentations. 3. Meet and Greet- Meet crew members at different airports assisting them with any requirements needed upon arrival and giving them an induction to the new area in which they will be operating. 4. Materials Logistics- Revise pediments and invoices from different materials coming in and out of port areas, monitoring heavy equipment maneuvers unloading or loading equipment onto support vessels. 5. Create Proformas- Create and send proformas to clients according to their requests for services or materials required understand and fill in proformas and invoices. 6. Full use of English- Direct conversations with clients, assisting foreign personnel with any questions they might have upon arrival to their operating port, assisting in meetings with foreign clients. 7. Port Calls- Arrange all necessary requirements for vessels coming into port including pilots, tugs, fasteners, and visits from authorities. 8. Provisions and Services to Vessels- Arrange all services to vessels which they might require from ship chandlers, waste removals, fresh water and materials. 9. Accounting- Basic accounting knowledge required to maintain an all-around control of corporate expenses as well as client expenses. Show less
