  Summary: (Compliance and Risk Manager) Oversees the Corporate Compliance Program of the organization. Develops initiates, maintains, and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program. Ensures all employees and board of Directors are in compliance with all regulations, policies, procedures and Standard of Conduct both within and outside the organization. A channel of communication to receive and direct compliance issues to appropriate resources for investigation and resolution. Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develops/implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future. Monitors the performance of the Compliance Program and relates activities on a continuing basis, taking appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness. (Internal Control/Audit) Established Internal Control system and standard operational procedures within the organisation. Audit review of budget performance, Financial Report, debt notes and credit notes and other financial transactions. Carry out Risk identification, assessment and recommend ways of reducing the incidence. Regular review of internal control system, highlight control weaknesses and give appropriate recommendation (Finance Analyst) Analyze business operation, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses and to provide advice. Analyze client business plans, debt capacity, competitive positioning and strategy, key-contracts and relationships, and regulatory considerations. Undertake regular financial analysis of new and existing businesses within each of the Business Value highlighting the impact on business performance and the risks of such businesses.
