Staff crisis line and online helpline as scheduled, this includes in house shifts, SOC shifts, and OHL specific shifts, and act as a floater for shifts that are unfilled. Back-up on call 24/7 for any CST member emergencies that may arise regarding coverage of the crisis line; this is limited to staffing shifts when a CST member is experiencing an emergency as defined by agency protocol. Provide hospital response/advocacy as needed and/or dispatch other CST members for hospital response/advocacy. Provide supportive, trauma-informed crisis response and case management services (including but not limited to resources and referrals, safety planning, and support for sexual violence protective order preparation) to individuals impacted by sexual violence. Conduct client follow-up in person, via phone, and through email. Assist victims in filing for victim’s compensation as needed. Assist CST members with data entry tasks (i.e. attaching pdf. Files to electronic client records). Facilitate Companion Training sessions as needed. Work with Client Services Team (CST) to enter client data and create reports as needed. Maintain and update OCRCC’s resource database. Act as PREA point person and liaison with Orange Correctional Center and Orange County Jail. Work as a team member with other staff and volunteers in order to achieve the mission of the Center. Complete all relevant trainings and other tasks as required by the Client Services Director and the Crisis Response Manager. Participate and engage in staff meetings and retreats, in-service training, and regular supervision with the Crisis Response Manager. Maintain appropriate standards of confidentiality. Show less
