  My key objectives are as follows; 1) Logistics cost productivity Get agreement with suppliers on improving their packaging methods to Raicam standards. Contributing to the transportation and logistic service activities budget and cost reduction plan and follow-up. Participate in negotiation with carriers companies in coordination with Purchasing. Propose logistics protocols with suppliers in cooperation with Supply Chain schedulers and Purchasing. Provide data for transportation indicators and analysis for follow-up costs and budget building. Measure the costs of transportation for each inbound and outbound flow. Propose action plans to reduce the costs. 2) Internal Flows Missions -Contribute to the design, implementation, and improvement of: Receiving, flat storage, line feeding, picking, warehouse, and shipping activities Packaging and labeling New project packaging development Shop floor scheduling and Visual re-Order -Responsible for internal inventory stocks audit, analyzing the stock differences, and reporting a cycle counting document to the finance manager 3) External flows Missions -Contribute to the design, implementation, and improvement of: Transportation, warehousing, and external logistic service activities Customs and duties process Troubleshoot problems and implement countermeasures and solutions to maintain the continuity of the production flows. Monitoring the stocks of Renault returnable packages, Analyzing the quantity needed of them for the shipments to Renault Bursa, and Ordering them before the stocks are on a critical level. Also gained experience on SAP mm/pp/sd modules, PDCA document - Kaizen cards preparation, applying 5S standards, and giving on-job-trainings. Show less
