I've managed many designers in my career, and let me tell you: it is rare to meet an individual so talented and enthusiastic as Oskar. In our time as a team, I always found Oskar to have an effortless abundance of ideas, executed with a precision that is both aesthetically sophisticated and true-to-specification. He has an innate understanding of composition, balance, and informational hierarchy in design that is hard to teach, and ever harder to find. We always very much enjoyed sparring on ideas and creating novel solutions to difficult problems. To Oskar's immense credit, never once did I have reason to comment on an aspect of visual fidelity that I felt could be improved - because he always brings his A-game to every presentation.
