Placed in an internal initiative called SCHPOD, looking at the possibility of commercializing podcasts in Norway. My main task was to build a business case with projected earnings for the next 5 years. Other tasks involved contributing to the go-to-market strategy, organizational design and to gain insight into the podcast business worldwide. The project ended with a presentation in front of the CEO of Schibsted and other leaders in the organization. As a consultant in One Call my main responsibilities was customer service both via e-mail and telephone. I was elected employee of the month after 2 months. I travelled for studies in Paris after 6 months of full-time employment and was offered a part-time contract, as one of very few part-time employees, when I returned to Norway - continuing to work during vacations and whenever I was available.
