Placed in an internal initiative called SCHPOD, looking at the possibility of commercializing podcasts in Norway. My main task was to build a business case with projected earnings for the next 5 years. Other tasks involved contributing to the go-to-market strategy, organizational design and to gain insight into the podcast business worldwide. The project ended with a presentation in front of the CEO of Schibsted and other leaders in the organization. UKEN is western Norway’s second largest culture festival and is held every other year mainly by students at the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration. Even though UKEN primarily is held by NHH students, UKEN is a festival for all of Bergen, all of Norway, for all of the world, where everyone can find something that suits them. I travelled for studies in Paris after 6 months of full-time employment and was offered a part-time contract, as one of very few part-time employees, when I returned to Norway - continuing to work during vacations and whenever I was available.
