      As a Equipment operator I was responsible for operations and maintenance of equipment of the sand plant, we performed routine maintenance to conveyors and heavy equipment as required to ensure all equipment was mission ready at all times. We performed forklift operations utilizing a 50K forklift to load and offload boxes from chassis from trucks for load-out operations when sending frac sand to location as needed. We operated 8 silos with capacity of 10 million pounds capacity with 2 loading stations where we loaded proximally 250 trucks daily for frac operations on different sites in the sector of south Texas. As a dispatcher I was in charge of supplying sand to different work sites in some instance at the same time, we had to ensure that the work site had the right amount of sand to prevent any time loss on location, we needed to plan ahead and schedule the right amount of loads needed to carry on the stages as per well design. Responsible for the receiving of new sand by rail, we were in direct contact with Gardendale Rail Road and Union Pacific to plan ahead deliveries and the release of empty cars to minimize cost elevate productivity. Operated real king to move between tracks empty and full cars as required keeping track of inventory of sand at all times, as we needed to know what type of sand we had on hand and the quantity in pounds on our silos and as well on unloaded cars that were stored in our tracks.
