I had the pleasure to work together with Oskar during 5 months in 2017. I got to know Oskar as a serious and very reliable person and he achieved the tasks given in a satisfactorily manner. He also performed very well in the team showing high social skills. However, Oskar was put in a senior position as a full stack developer which was a little optimistic from our side as his working experience still is restricted. The high personal qualifications that Oskar positions makes him very suitable for more junior positions where he has time to develop into more complicated tasks. I worked with Heroma which is a vast system for HR (Administration for staff and salaries) used by many organizations in the public and private sector. The system has been around since the early 90s and was originally owned by IBM. I worked as a support developer in a newly created team, which was created to alleviate the workload of the other developers, which previously had handled both new development as well as maintenance of the system.
