  Worked as a Resident Advisor in on-campus housing. This was a role where I was supporting, interacting with, and providing assistance to some 650 student residents. Responsibilities included managing a budget, responding to emergencies, developing community, planning events, spending between 10 to 40 hours each week on duty, managing paperwork, and other duties as assigned.
