To help explore the diversity of gin, I take customers through tasting flights of our gins, where the different flavours captured when trying gins in different ways can be discovered. More casual drinks in the way of cocktails and gin and tonics are also provided. This position relies on a friendly and consistent stream of positive interactions between staff and customers. Aided in the collection of data for an honours student. I worked with the Admin volunteer staff team to design and present a training programme to the Group staff team throughout July in preparation for the January session. As it got closer to the student programme in January, I aided in developing a volunteer staff schedule for each day. I also helped to prepare bidaily debrief meetings. For each online lecture, I would help write volunteer staff scripts for introducing presenters and run sessions to help develop students' interpersonal skills.
