  My role as manager of Campfire Trailer and Taproom, an independent bar and restaurant, was my first management role besides my self employment at ChiChiCollectables. My duties involved: - The day to day management of the venue and its staff. - Overseeing and planning restocks of items for sale within the bottle-shop as well as forecasting usage of draught drinks sold in the taproom. - Events Planning. The taproom routinely held functions such as staff parties and wedding receptions. It was my duty to ensure these were catered to and planned to the customers requirements. - Booking and liaising with a variety of food vendors for rotational bookings at the Taproom. - Hosting and customer service. The taproom was a lively and social bar, welcoming people from all walks of life. Part of my role was ensuring that everyone was welcomed and comfortable during their visit with us. Show less

  Seedy Brand was a project started amongst three friends with the aim of producing sustainable clothing featuring designs from independent artists. During my time at Seedy Brand we launched a clothing range consisting of T-shirts, sweatshirts, raincoats and hats with designs from three independent artists. The range was well received and successful, with sales not only being made domestically but across Europe too. As the lockdown measures imposed by COVID-19 were eased, we decided to move in to new roles within the professional world in order to hone our skills within our relevant industries. Show less
