This was done through careful planning and revision of employee time management, as well as development and implementation of agent production programs and training. As an Insurance Business Manager, I broke many production goals at a branch level as well as on a regional level. I have been awarded the HAMM award for exceeding all production lines quarterly goals on three occasions as well as qualified for two company sales summit trips to the Dominican Republic and Maui. In two years as an Insurance Business Manager, I have been tasked to overhaul six different insurance offices; each larger than the last. I have succeeded in managing sales goals as well as successfully trained new agents to become top performers. Most recently, I was tasked to bring the Chula Vista branch up to par with prior metrics. This is notable as the Chula Vista branch is amongst the largest branches in all of AAA. I hold various top monthly branch production records for the San Diego region across all production lines.
