After returning to Iowa thanks to my mothers successful beating of breast cancer, I was promoted to a Lead position as a result of my work there from October to January. Unfortunately due to all the changes and supervisory staff I decided it best for my own mental health to remove myself. Rumor has it that since my resignation the supervisory team and the new director are making great strides and improving the issues pointed during my resignation.
