I began working with Oscar beginning in 2006 at the ExxonMobil Refinery located in Torrance California. Oscar was very quick to learn the rules of the refinery. Oscar is very conscientious in regards to following CAL-OSHA, OSHA, CAL-EPA, Citadel Environmental Services, Inc., and ExxonMobil's rules and regulations. I enjoy working with Oscar at every opportunity
