As part of the 2nd level HPC support team at BSC, I am in charge of assisting researchers on the development of their projects in BSC gpu/cpu clusters. My main duties involve:- Compile/Install/deploy/benchmark different HPC applications.- Python stack managing.- Analyze performance of users pipelines.- Monitor clusters usage. Tuning schedulers configuration (SLURM, LSF) to ensure job fluidity- Apply job forensics to help users identify their job errors.- Development/improvement of BSC user support internal tools.
