  With a background in library science studies, I worked for 10 years with libraries. Most of my experience has been with U.S. companies, starting as a rep on databases for periodicals In this way, I had the opportunity to take representative positions ranging from search and service promotion, negotiation, closing opportunities, training and after sales follow up. I believe that the approach to customers is vital, and the best way is through visits and open contact.
