Working in tandem with the Territory Manager, I am also required to help grow market share, through new account proposals. I'm am requiring a broad skill set of sales, merchandising, order replenishment, marketing, problem solving, time management, and customer service. ▪️Seek out prospective customers/business opportunities with new customers. ▪️Stay current on existing and emerging products and technology. ▪️Generate profitable sales orders. ▪️Maintain ethical, cooperative relationships consistent with company image and company goals in the marketplace. ▪️Develop an effective and productive working relationship with Inside Sales Associates and support personnel. ▪️Determine customer needs and propose appropriate products and/or solutions. ▪️Informs customers of all relevant company policies/procedures and initiatives. ▪️Performs other duties as instructed or required to successfully complete job duties. Skills ▪️Inside/Outside Sales Experience. ▪️Microsoft Office™ Applications (Excel, Word, etc.). ▪️I pay strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. ▪️I have effective communication (both verbal and written) and organizational skills. ▪️I work well under pressure and maintain professionalism during stressful situations. ▪️Ability to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that requires the ability to multi-task and implement high priority initiatives.
