He is currently the head of the Master program of Electronics and Automatics Engineering at the University of Rennes1. His current research activities are in image processing and computational methods for devising innovative and personalized radiotherapy in Prostate Cancer. This Research work has been developed in a tight collaboration with Radiation Oncologists and Medical Phycisists. He has experience in predictive models for radiotherapy, introducing innovative methodologies for 3D data mining. He is coordinating several actions for transferring technology to clinics and has been at the head of several research activities. Between 2012 and 2016 he was member of the INSERM Scientific Specialized Commission (CSS8) Technologies for Health, Therapeutics, Biotechnology.
