Tests perform include;1) All generators winding Resistance. Main Stator Winding. Main Rotor Winding. Exciter Armature Winding (rotor) Exciter Field Winding. Forward & Reverse Resistance of Rotating Diodes for both positive and negative plate2) Plant Protection relay installation and protection settings.Dealing with, Micom, CDG, KCEG, VDG, CAG,MCGG, SDV,DSE, DEIF, Basler, MWTU, Siemens, Schnider, Alstom and many more other protection relays and controllers.Analyse and apply protection settings to relays.Types of protections;- Over current (IAB, IBC and ICA).- Earth Fault (IA,IB and IC)- Differential Protection and etc.1) Power (step – up/step down, 132kv – 415V) Transformer tests.- Transformer Turns Ratio (TTR) tests.- Insulation Resistance tests.- Transformer protection tests include; buchholz, winding temp, oil temp and etc.2) Current Transformer – all types - Winding resistance tests.- CT Ratio TestsAfter all tests are done, I am able to analyzed results and commission equipment safely with required standards.I have been doing Electrical works such as Installation and Commissiong of Induction Motors, Circuit breakers and doing maintenance on other Electrical and Electromechanical machines, such as Chillers, Vaccum Packing Machine and Labeling Machines of food processing factories.
