  Factory Acceptance Test for Protection and Control panels in NR factory in Nanjing, China From 28 /11 /2016 To 14/12/2016 for Gardenia substation 220/20 KV.  Dealing with most popular types of relays mechanical, static and digital (SIEMENS, AREVA, ALSTOM, ABB, SCHNEIDER and GE) included in 220/66/22/11 K.V Substations (Programming and testing).  Familiar with most popular wiring and drawings Making the required modification for the replacement of old protection relays with the newest relays.  Making the required modification for the replacement of various equipment (Circuit Breakers, Isolators,… etc.)  Review of new incoming panels and their wiring and drawing. Have experience in trouble shooting in protection and control schemes, trouble shooting in operating equipment and devices Have experience on inspection of protection and metering equipment at site and factoryHave very good experience on using computerized testing equipment and to carry out testing of all type of relays used in 220/66/22/11 KV system.Replacement of old type bus bar protection type (BBC) with newest one type Micom (P740) at Cairo north substation.Entering 175 MVA, 220/66/11KV power transformer into service at New Cairo Substation. Replacement of 25 MVA power transformer with another one 40MVA at al Abbasia substation and other Cairo north substation. Making stability test for BB, Diff and REF protection on Transformers. Entering 66 KV feeder into service at New Cairo Substation. Entering two 66 KV feeders into service at Cairo north Substation Entering eertt units of capacitor bank 11KV (Schneider) at Cairo north substation and other one at Heliopolis substation. Entering 40MVA, 66/22KV Power transformer into service at Police academy substation, Design of control and Interlocking Circuits, Required wiring of protective devices and making all cables terminations.Testing and Programming for different types of relays:- (Siemens, ABB, ALSTOM, SCHNEIDER and GE)
