I am working on meeting the customers expectation on having a simplified sales agreements templates. In principal, my work is to protect the Company from the Risks embedded within the Supply Chain of Sales meanwhile to develop and maintain good relations with the counterparties of the Customers and other business stakeholders. Also, I do advise the Company for all commercial and contractual aspects of the Overseas GTL DieselStorage Hub Agreement in Europe Project and focally coordinates with Legal Department with any sales and trading directly into European Market taking all contractual considerations related to EU Regulations such as REACH.Finally, my job is to ensure effective focal communication with Commercial Compliance Functions to identify any potential embedded risks within the Commercial Agreements, manage the preventive and corrective actions plan to avoid or mitigate such high risks. I was reviewing Tender Requests and scopes of works received from all End users of ADWEA Divisions. I proposed and sourced an appropriate bidders list for such scope of works after conducting pre-qualification of the proposed bidders. Obtained Tender Committee approvals on the Proposed Bidders. I frequently prepared tender documents according to Oil & Gas standards concluded with the issuance of the "Tender Invitation Package". Led the procedure of Site Visits and the pre bid meetings. Facilitated and supporting the company users to adopt relevant Technical Evaluation Criteria. Prepared the pre-tender commercial clarifications which concluded with the commercial evaluation report of technically acceptable tenders. I concluded the recommendations for an awarded bidder on the basis of ranking system and the best value. Drafted Letter of Award for the approved awarded bidder/Contractor and after that issued notification to unsuccessful tenderers for the Release of their Tender Securities. Formulated the final Contract Agreements and handled the contractors' claims during the project execution and closing phases. Led many negotiation sessions with the contractors. Finally, during the project/ contract closing phase, I concluded many Project/ Contract Performance Evaluations Reports which help into better having a quality contractor in future tender. Show less
