Inspection includes all onshore rotating equipment (Nuovo Pignone Mark 6 Gas Turbine, fuel gas compressor and pumps) in all site plants. Main responsibilities: -Implementation of machine condition report and standard usage. -Responsible for the day to day plant Condition Monitoring activities throughout the plant as per the program and report accordingly. -The Offline data collected by using analyzers portable data collector. -Rotating equipment general troubleshooting. -Carried out acceptance tests and commissioning for new/repaired rotating equipment in accordance with international standards. -Analyze machine condition data using BENTLY NEVADA online system. -Regular review of lube oil analysis results. -Preparation and execution of rotating and static equipment vibration surveys to rectify the root cause of excessive vibration. -Prompt reporting on detected failures and malfunctions both developed and developing. -Preparing and issue of quarterly condition monitoring reports. -Participation to failure root causes analysis (FRCA) studies. -Engineering supervision of execution of rotor alignment, inspection, repair and replacement of couplings, bearings and other components of rotating equipment where a poorly performed maintenance could cause the equipment excessive vibration. -Rotating equipment field balancing and workshop rotor balancing with a balancing machine. -Close cooperation with plant instrumentation team and Bentley Nevada service engineers to ensure correct performance of machinery monitoring systems. -Coaching and support for other personnel in area of condition monitoring. -Guiding technicians in carrying out vibration analysis & other data collected to diagnose / troubleshoot rotating machinery problems and recommend remedial measures.
