I then have to suggest a solution , prepare a good mock-up / MVP to validate the elicited requirements and proposed solution . I then go back to my team and start planning with them how and when can we deliver the solution . I used to hire a technical manager , but in the same time ,as I have a good technical background & experience I used also to participate in some technical decisions , especially when it comes to something that can affect scalability .
