I had the good fortune to work with Orville for over 8 years at KoolSpan. Orville is smart, focused, driven, matter of fact, gushing with common sense, infectious, funny, engaging, effective, a team builder, the guy who gets everyone going in the right direction and across the finish line in a way that looks effortless, patient and just awesome. It is an understatement that I would gladly chew my left arm off to work with him again. I highly recommend him.

I worked with Orville for the past 5 years. He was one of the best bosses I've had. Not only was he technically gifted, he also has a high EQ. During his tenure, Orville has solved complex technical problems, while deftly navigating the rough terrain of working with and overseeing multiple personalities. It was a pleasure working with Orville, and I would recommend him without hesitation.
