Mirian is the consummate Hospitality professional. Notice that I didn't say Sales professional because Mirian is much more than an excellent Sales professional. She is truly an all around leader in Hospitality. Mirian builds effective teams by embracing what is special about each individual and then honing it to fine degree. She fosters interdepartmental cooperation by assisting other leaders using her wealth of experience as a guide. She mentors other leaders and is not afraid to address difficult issues head on to obtain the best results. She is proficient in all financial aspects of property operations up to the ownership level. Most of all, Mirian is curious and is always eager to learn more and expand her knowledge beyond her day to day responsibilities. Overall it was an honor and a positive experience to have worked with her and I would value the opportunity to do so in the future. I highly recommend Mirian for any position in the hospitality industry.
