Fully installed a system which left manufacturing having never been calibrated, tested, or fully assembled, and realized fully functional performance in field for first time, achieving customer satisfaction. Responsible for training employer’s personnel in Field Service and Manufacturing on every aspect of FLECT assembly, calibration and testing. During occasional absence of Production Manager, lead production in FLECT/CT build and calibration tasks to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing output, training technicians in process.
