I worked closely with Orpha at Elephant Design. While Orpha was interning as a masters candidate, she contributed to projects as much as any full-time employee. She showed ownership of her work and took on responsibility proactively. Her strong proficiency in design softwares helped my colleagues and I learn new skillsets and tricks of the trade.
