Hello, I am very pleased to write on behalf of Ms. Oksana Romaniv for a professional position. I have known Oksana for approximately 1.5 years. She attended my course in "Site Remediation Technologies"; furthermore, I served on her Committee for a Master's-level Creative Project. Ms. Romaniv was most successful and productive in the Site Remediation course; her projects were outstanding, her examinations were of high quality and her in-class participation was excellent. She also assisted with an out-of-class research activity in environmental remediation. The term 'creative project' is truly not accurate to describe Oksana'a Master's degree work -- it was much closer to a graduate thesis, in which a significant research problem was identified, extensive data was compiled, the data was analyzed, and an extensive report was written and carefully scrutinized by her Committee. I must point out that Oksana'a project was of superior quality -- the research was meticulous, her theory was carefully presented, and the quality of both her writing and her graphics were of highest professionalism. Oksana is very self-motivated, intelligent, and has a very pleasant demeanor. She is a team player with obvious leadership skills. My only regret about Ms. Oksana Romaniv is that she was not MY advisee! Seriously, her work is professional in every aspect. It has been a pleasure working with someone of her caliber.
