I was responsible for all the consulting services that Expertos delivers to its clients with a team of Oracle DBA employees and scholars from universities. I developed based in some interesting books, a new way to interview people and improve the hiring process. I supported my team in their career plans too. I worked with Oracle Performance Tuning projects, besides Architecture, Database Administration, Project Management, Standards' definition, remote services, even a Business Intelligence architect and many other projects for some important clients of Mexico and Colombia. I started a new solution providing our customers a tracking system for their Database's performance based in our Performance Tuning experience. In this idea I had the important collaboration of my team. I made an 50% increase in performance for ABC and Counting (INV) in Oracle E-Business, based on an IT improvement, reducing the tag’s capture time.
