Project Site: The Orchard Private Residences (2350 N Orchard St, Chicago, IL) • Managed multiple subcontractors on site to ensure completion of punch list items and deadlines on a daily basis • Collaborated with owners and architects on a weekly basis to provide project updates • Handled procurement documents and RFIs for materials to ensure resources for the site • Inspected various areas of the building frequently to update punch list items created by project team or architects on BIM 360 • Utilized Bluebeam Revu to review and analyze architect, MEP, and various other sets of drawing • Researched IBC and City of Chicago building code to place signage in its proper location and specifications in order for the building to pass city and fire inspections
