Orlando and I worked on several different projects during our years at Lear (later IAC). Orlando always was showed fantastic problems solving and managment skills to get his projects launched on time and under budget. He always showed immense dedication and talent to his work and to the personnel he managed. It was a pleasure to work with him and I hope some day to do it again.

I've worked with Orlando both at Lear and IAC on overhead systems and flooring programs. His attention to detail is second to none. He always follows sound engineering disciplines and works tirelessly to improve product designs for the benefit of the company and it's customers.
